SORRY ABOUT MY LACK OF POSTS BEEN TRYING TO FIND A NEW JOB. BUT HERES A GOOD ONE .... AS A TRUCK DRIVER I'M SOMETIMES FORCED TO EAT ON THE CHEAP. I CARRY 7-10 DAYS OF FOOD IN MY TRUCK 10-14 IN THE WINTER. I DON'T LIKE TO EAT OUT OF THE TRUCK MUCH 1-2 TIMES A WEEK . MY TRUCK IS PRETTY SMALL 58 IN SLEEPER WITH SEATING UP FRONT ITS ABOUT 6 FT X 7 FT STUFFED WITH STORAGE . I EAT SLEEP AND WHEN NO TRUCK STOP IS AROUND WASH UP IN MY TRUCK. IT'S MY HOME ,OFFICE, AND WORKPLACE ALL WRAPED IN A METAL SHELL WITH LARGE GLASS WINDOWS . MY WINDOWS TO THE WORLD BY THE WAY . I COOK IN A MAX BURTON LUNCH BOX OVEN (PHOTO 1) TO NITE IT'S SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WITH VEGGIES (BY LA CHOY) . THE OVEN IS 12 VOLT AS IS MY COFFEE POT I ALSO HAVE A BUTANE STOVE ( WORKS GREAT IN WINTER OTHER WISE HEATS UP INSIDE OF TRUCK) I CARRY TWO THERMOS'S ALL THE TIME ( I LOVE COFFEE) . THE OVEN I WOULD SUGGEST EVERY ONE GETS ONE . I HAVE MADE ROLLS IN MINE . I USE SMALL LOAF PANS TO KEEP IT CLEAN MINE IS 5 YRS OLD AND WORKS PERFECT HEATS TO 350" . MY POINT IS YOU CAN SURVIVE ANY WERE IF YOU PLAN A HEAD NOW . I TOOK SOME PHOTOS OF THE INSIDE OF MY TRUCK....... SO BE READY BE SMART.....
